A true fitness-bodybuilding icon! I have been following him since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. His workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should've been. I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it online from a website called Dietarize, but somehow it helped me gain a few pounds in my first month of using it. Surely it wasn't all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever. pause for about 3 seconds trust me im a weightlifter and you'll definitely feel it my coach was an Olympic weightlifter and when we pause bench its ab 3 seconds long and remember leg drive, arch, and ASS stays on bench

Bar all the way to the chest! In some cases that might be impossible but the bottom 4” is the weakest point so it’s very convenient to claim that you “can’t”. Practice it and it’ll happen. I’m in my 50s and never bench without touching chest….even incline. Great session boys - huge motivation!

HAPPY NEW YEAR SIMEON!!! my ex girlfriend cheated on me 4 months ago... I was bored as hell and felt soo bad about myself, but this corona time helps me to work on myself. I usually do dumbbells or machines for my bench. Should I start back doing barbells? The reason I don't do barbells is one I like to try to work to failure; two the guys in my gym tend to do more talking then repping.

Tore my tendon right off the bone getting hyped and no warm up felt really strong and it just went I should have known better to not get ahead of myself before really warming up with this cold weather in the UK but I'll come back stronger and smarter 👊🏽👍🏾
