Beating Super Mario Bros. NES But It's Heavily Corrupted

- In this video, I play Nintendo's first ever Super Mario game, Super Mario Bros. for the NES, but I use a corruption tool that will mess with the game's assets in real time to either help me or mess up my game!
I ended up beating the game with this tool (RTC Vanguard) corrupting the game horrifically the entire time and it turned out to be very fun!

1:31 The reason the music went funny isn’t even from a glitch, but rather because of a quirk with the NES and its sound system.
There are generally 4 channels used when making sounds and music: 2 Square Wave channels, 1 Triangle Wave channel (usually for the bass), and 1 channel for white noise (generally used in short bursts for percussion).
In the SMB underground theme, it uses the Square 2 and Triangle channels. The coin sound is also occupying the second square channel, which overrides the main melody of the song, leaving only the triangle to play it out.

As i Said on the Mario Bros Wii vidéo, i Hope that you Can make a sort of série-like of you 2 finishing thé game beeing corrupted. I would DEF watch it. 1:00 The video game nerd part of my brain needs to explain why this happens. I think what’s happening here is that the left side screen boundary is somehow set to right behind Mario, so you can see everything unload as you walk by.
For some reason 4-2 thought it was a corrupted 4-3.
Since I know way too much about this game, did you know that there are actually 256 worlds? Past 8 is mostly just corrupted worlds but there are a few fun ones here and there. The corrupted underwater 4-3 with the gray Bowser is actually a common corrupted level if you go past Level 8 using a romhack. Many levels are nearly identical to what you saw.
