Shakti is a spiritual teacher sharing her message of embodied awakening to our True Nature. As a child she already had spiritual experiences and in 2003, while working as a financial reporter in Milan, had her first Kundalini awakening. She fell asleep with a deep sense of love and woke up at 2am with all her body in bliss.
A friend took her to a Satsang where Caterina realised that she had never existed. She never felt as a Person again, or fell back into identification. She saw that she was not in charge of her spiritual Life and it’s not a Person who wakes up, it’s Consciousness. She explains what true Embodiment means and how Consciousness becomes a Human Being. Her message is: "Awaken to Life and not run away from it and see Life through the Emptiness of the Heart."
Very enlightening interview. To me, she is what is called an 'old soul' that has recycled through this experience many times and has gathered much wisdom in the process. Having these awakening episodes as a young child is evidence that this time around is not her first rodeo.
I have listened to so many interviews that I now select what I may resonate with , this was a beautiful interview and while Shakti was speaking I felt the essence of her words penetrate my human form and I understood the emptiness and the fullness of my being .

Hi Renata: Jill here. We spent time together years ago, in NYC with Ava and Paul.
I had a wonderful good fortune of spending time with Shakti when she visited NYC. “She” is such a joyous and kind expression of The Divine in a human form.
Hanging out with both Paul and Shakti, being together with vibrationally high humans, is catching. My own experiences of Kundalini movement, has been “deepened” and “enlivened” by just being with them. “ For many, exercises are valuable, or at a certain period of development, a technique is useful. This said, with personal experience, “Grace” has been the most profound. How or why it happened for me, I don’t know.
Just that it has.
Over many years, of “experiences” once a shift happened, and then another, and another, it has just been a deepening.
Yes, there may be something to the concept of “karma” moving from one plane/ life to another. That many folks who were on the verge of an awakening “before” flow more readily into this state, in their current “timeline” appears to be more frequent. Perhaps we have arrived at a tipping point. 🥰🙏

Very interesting and explained so well. These sorts of spiritual experience are very difficult to understand in an intellectual sense, and Shakti Caterina does a wonderful job of explaining the experiences.
@@royyork3278 so in that sense and understanding the purpose of the pyramids (specially the ones in Giza, Egypt) were "rooms" to create higher consciousness, supra-consciousness to prepare for enlightenment, weren't they?

I love CZcams worm holes. This Resonates with me so much and stands very true to the Shaman/ life coach I know and have seen before. If only everyone was awake and adware at the same time. From what I understand so far and personal experience. This is only the beginning of a lovely journey. Doing DMT is when I was Consciousness in its pure form. Ten thousand dialogues and phrases for these manifestations of “reality” that seem impossible to explain or justify. “God“ can mean so many different things. What opened a door for me was reading books written by anthropologist Carlos Castenada. Why, I cannot explain. It was like an inner “eye” opened in such a way that I could recognize that it was open. To me the words designated for all this mean absolutely nothing.
I was wondering if kundalini can be mistaken as a panic attack? I felt as though I was going to die, but assumed it was in fact a panic attack as I had an awakening afterward.
Or the other way around..
The question that Renate asked I have asked a thousand timrs. Ie what is behind consiousness snd why does it play this game to discover itself
Kathleen Sutherland My own feeling and understanding is that consciousness incorporates everything so that would include love but also the opposite hate. I have struggled with this for soooo long. Hopefully I will authentically see it your way one day. Thanks for taking the time .
If you wounder what is behind conciousness, then are you sure that you know what is infront of conciousness?

@@martynspooner5822 I dont doubt that you have confidence in you experience, because that is. What I was referring to in my question to yours, was that there is nothing behind conciousness in the same way that a room cant be, unless there are walls first. Conciousness is. So anything "behind conciousness" must be in duality.
Thanks for replying . Personally everything is in duality for me, I understand the advaita concept intellectually but unfortunately it is not my own experience. Perhaps one day but until that time I have to be honest with myself.

This interviewer cant get the idea shakti is imparting. The interviewer believes that we are the Body that contain the mind that is moving in the world.Shakti is saying that we are Consciousness that contains the mind,body and the world.the interviewer is totally disullusioned in her belief which is only brought up by conditioning.
is it really so hard to say Italy/Italia?? And why is it so strange that an Italian would be into spiritualism?? It is not this little unknow country in the middle of nowhere!

She needs to first define emptiness.
I had a little confusion of her term of consciousness being emptiness because I perceive consciousness as being ultimately full; infinite possibilities. I believe when she uses the term emptiness she is referring to not having a preconceived notion; but rather a blank slate.
If as she says, consciousness creates this experience from a state of emptiness, and some have very positive experiences and others very negative experiences, it seems antithetical to say there is no back story, no initial seed of inspiration behind the creation of the two experiences...unless we, each of us, are not the creators of our own experience, but merely avatars in someone else's.

Sorry we are not emptiness or created from it. I think she is using the wrong word, you grow from silence to vibration, to sound and action. Consciousness is silence seen through your mind.
Emptiness doesn't give anything.
There are several places which cast doubts about her authenticity. I'm sorry.
Don't worry about her authenticity, just focus in yours
I've had that kundalini flow through me, it changes your understanding of things 100% it's like good bye self suffering 🐉🙃💖🙏
