The title should be redone. Maybe, “Blaine tower rebuild after tragic collapse.” I’m glad to see your “100% tie off” at the end, but isn’t that man at the end free climbing? I worked for MUTI for 6 months up in central Illinois. They’re a great company to work for and they take safety very seriously. Much respect to the tower climbers out there. May The Lord bless them to work safely together and with skill. Amen.
I started working as a cell tower climber a month ago and it takes a different heart to do this job. Not everyone is good with books, sitting at school and learning, some men are just built to do the dirty and hard work.
Really great music! Good video! I pray for the men that lost their lives that they see the light of the face of Our Lord held in His arms of love and perfect peace and bliss! In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit! AMEN! (I am sure there are lots of PROTESTants here so sorry but the dead need to be prayed for as much as us on earth!)
Joe Swanson...You know what is way more funny than gay/guy wire jokes? A software developer trying to tell others what dangerous work REALLY is. LOL! "You wanna talk about dangerous work? 20 years at a keyboard, listen to my wrist *click* when I move it. Total carpal tunnel syndrome bro."
I'll never understand why some of the people that have gone on to get a degree still feel the need to talk down to others that possibly haven't. Certainly doesn't make them seem very satisfied with their supposedly superior life, does it?
Freuderick Frankenstein agreed. You DO NOT NEED COLLEGE. I make way more money than 99% of my friends that went to college. If you are smart, you will learn anything on the job that a college could never teach you.
@@robertboulton9026 Thanks, Davie. Perhaps we met briefly, I gave access to several of the guys at Junction City, Salina, Wamego, and Marysville Junction. It was a hectic several weeks for me that culminated in the collapse and helping install a temporary tower south of Frankfort for coverage afterward. I've been away from that kind of work for several years.
Sad about the fatal, nobody cares about the towers I'm sure. It's just metal. The guy climbing through the torque arm must be a beanpole or it's got a wide hole in it. I always had to crawl around the outside. Looks like he's free climbing though. :( That crane operator....is good. The ones that did picks for me were that skilled also. They could set a section and move it two inches smoothly and without swinging the section and set it down so gently.
Isn’t Kansas part of Oklahoma because I never want to miss a part of 92.5 KOMA if I want to hear it and something blocks it I get mad especially when I’m hearing walk like a egyptian
Really sorry for those guys. It's a hard job. They don't pay them enough , but they are brave as hell.

The guy at the end weighs 168 lbs. 125 of that is balls.
For you own safety don't look at the song in the description
Free climbing makes you feel like Spider-man But RIP to them brothers woop woop!🤘🏾
With the safety gear available today there is NO excuse for free climbing.
Sad, Rip.
I miss you Seth.
I worked with him a few times in the weeks prior to the collapse when they were aligning those dishes to the adjacent sites.
@@natebargmann3512 I was his foreman who left a month before the accident was there to stack and hang dishes but left right after

Good ol' Sabre 3600 going up.
jmurphy1973 I loved Sabre towers, they were a pleasure to build.
Well you know what happened if these cell phone towers that they have Collapses means there are going to rebuild them back to normal

Good video but It annoyes the shit out of me when people add annoyingly loud music to the video. It's not necessary to add music
