I'm assuming you mean off the computer. Getting rid of it on your phone is easy enough, but on computer, go to settings, search Apps, and go to installed apps. Then search spacedesk and click the options, and uninstall. It will ask you a couple times if you're sure, and there you go.
If youre asking about disconnecting, tap the burger menu icon on your phone and tap disconnect
