Hmmm a bit complicated, but if you feel really motivated and not getting unmotivated easily i absolutely recommend, but i'll take time. You'll do it
this is way too hard for a beginner it’s better to just learn a bunch of easier songs and work up to it after a few months
I 100% would recomend,the first song I started playing after 6-7 years of not playing was this and it’s so relaxing

How do you capture and edit sound for your recordings? Ive been using my phone which is not conducive at all so Im trying to figure out a better way! Thanks!
I use either piano internal audio recording capabilities or MIDI connection + Pianoteq. No mics. Editing in DAW

Can someone tell me at what times you exactly have to lift the pedal?
idk how to explain but you know when you go from one set of chords to another? or like every 1 or 2 bars depending on your sheet music, if you have the same one as shown in the video then you lift the pedal after every bar, if you have double the bars then every 2 bars?not sure how to explain though
As a rule of thumb in waltzes, you can hold the pedal right before each base note until the end of the bar.
Make sure to use it delicately. I usually press the pedal half way or even less.
It depends on your piano though.
It will become second nature with some practice.

It depends on the budget. I usually suggest my students start from Roland FP-10 / FP-30x, IMO it's the best value for money in a market for beginners with relatively good action and reliability.

sheets are wrong. its 3/4 feeling. not 6/8. Official Gibran sheets are 3/4 as well.
May I not agree with what you say? I think 6/8 is most relevant for this composition and 3/4 is not.
Do we have some opinions (from professionals)? Feel free to comment in this thread.
@@nattaliepianofor me it has a waltz feeling. And as i said original Author Gibran has 3/4 in his sheets. And im btw a professional, i studied at a music academy :)

I don't know what you mean by 'original' sheets here. I never refer to the original scores when writing covers. Furthermore, these 'original' sheets may have been easily outsourced and not actually written by the composer.
Do you have any objective proof that makes it 3/4 other than personal feeling and appealing to authority? It's definitely possible to write it as 3/4, and I admit that even Gibran could write it that way, but this doesn't make it correct by definition.
A lot of people can't even explain the difference between 3/4 and 6/8, can you? Maybe someday I'll make a tutorial on this.
Anyway, stating that cover sheet music is wrong is... a bit self-confident ;)
