We visited Jeonju during our South Korea trip. It is one of the most popular places to visit in South Korea. Most of the people know Jeonju for their Hanok village. However, there are more things to do in Jeonju. That is why I take you in this guide also to Mural Cultural Village and show you that you have to eat Bibimbap when you are in Jeonju.

Are you going to Jeonju? Have you visited Jeonju? Let me know some tips when you visit Jeonju that I might have missed in this Jeonju travel guide.
Would you sleep on a futon bed on the ground?
yes, then regret it haha
Definitely!!
Good video
This is a wonderfully made video.
Thank you so much for watching.
You're doing a great job with your storytelling. Also, great job with b-roll.
Glad you liked the video. I hope to improve the content even more in the future ;)
The traditional village looks so beautiful! It's crazy to think about sleeping on the ground like that. I bet I would get backache from it but would enjoy trying it out! The traditional outfits are so pretty. I like all the colourful walls at 2:47.
I slept once for 7 days on an iron table on a ferry in Ghana. That definitely gave me a backache and short nights.
💗💗
thanks
Wow what a neat little village. It would be interesting to stay in a hanok. The mural walk was so colorful, making even a rainy day seem bright.
It is amazing what people are able to paint on a wall.
a nice travel vlog! 😍
Thanks glad you like it!
That street art looks fantastic! Really cool place, never heard of it before, and that pot full of different things you eat at the end looks like something I would love, always good to get a nice mixture of texture and flavour in one big pot! Thanks for sharing, high quality content as always :)
It is difficult to imagine this is the 3rd most visited place in South Korea. And that bowl is called bibimbap. It is from this place but nowadays you will find it everywhere around the world.
I like the music and I definitely like the way you ended the video! You put the footages together spontaneously. I felt like watching a professional travel show.
Glad you liked the video! I am trying my best to put it together in an easily watchable way.
Loved the guy in the bloopers! Yeah, I, Alex love sleeping on a fairly hard surface but my wife, Malin, would have a harder time with that. It looks like a really pretty little town and it must be quite funny seeing people walking around dressed up in traditional outfits just for photos! Thanks for sharing!
Can you sleep on a hard surface for days?
Such a quaint town. I would love to stay there. The wall art looked really cool. Bi bim bap is one of my favorite Korean dishes and I had no idea that it was created there. Thanks for sharing!!
Bibimbap is indeed awesome! Simple but great!
Hi~~friend~~ fantastic vedio~~I have subscribed your channel
Thank you so much for your support!!!
so nice trip~~~~~^^
It was a great trip!
Nice editing!!
Thank you so much!
Right there with you, my back would ache after staying the night in a hanok. The area with the street art looks pretty cool, so many interesting walls.
Yes that is an interesting place indeed. In terms of sleeping. I slept once for 7 days on a ferry in Uganda. The only way to sleep here was on an iron table. That was the ultimate back ache
I watch a lot of Korean shows. I would be quite excited to wear a traditional Korean dress.
I like how the videos are edited, specially the music, its on point. Keep it up👍
Thank you so much!
nice vedio~~~ i have subscribed your channel~~merry christmas~~~~~~^^
Thank you so much, merry Christmas to you as well!
I loved the intro clip, super funny. Bibimbap is amazing. It's one of my faovurite Asian dishes!
Bibimbap such a simple thing but so tasteful and popular around the world.
@@Svenywhere Absolutely. I really love it. It#s like a comfort food to me.
Beautiful video! This is such a cute village. Ha ha...I'll be one of those renting traditional dress and take loads of pictures when I'm visiting there. Bibimbap look delicious.
Haha you could go with my girlfriend next time and take pictures with each other
@@Svenywhere Ha ha...yeah...we'll be taking our time there!😁 BTW, tell her she looks pretty in her hanbok!
@@escapefromthedesk I will let her know!
Oh yes, I will sleep in a futon bed on the ground :) i love it! I think it would be much amazing if you have tried the Hanbok dress. You would look great on it, I reckon :) I love how you captured the culture of Korea in this video. And I love bibimbap! I'll probably eat bibimbap tomorrow because of your vid. It made me crave for this food.
Korean food is lovely! Bibimbap is the easiest of all but still delicious indeed. Would you sleep on a futon bed on the ground for the rest of your life?
Such a pretty place! Loved all the traditional setup. I would love to dress up as the traditional person like that. Something similar that I have seen it in Venice during the carnival. Ah, the atmosphere! Loved the pastel colours at 2:26!
I have never been to Venice during their Carnival. I love our Dutch way of celebrating it. How busy is Venice during their Carnival period?
Pretty busy. It is difficult to get a decent stay option during those days without burning a hole in your pocket. You’re Dutch? I love The Netherlands & its people. Such friendly vibes I’ve gotten from Amsterdam, Den Haag & Giethoorn! :)
Very well put together and lots of good memories. I visited twice and stayed in a hanok home. Perhaps show what it's like sleeping. I could taste the bibimbab. I think the mural village is new a trend being started since the famous one in Busan.
Gamcheon Cultural Village you mean? That is on a completely different level. Well I showed in the beginning the hanok it isn't much more than that room and a futon bed to be fair.
I would looove exploring this place. Added to my bucket list. Also, I would like to add that I really liked how you have edited this video. Looks very beautiful and professional 👏👏
Thank you so much for your sweet comment. I hope you have the chance to visit this place at some point!
@@Svenywhere Aww thank you. I hope the same. 😊
I think that trying traditional clothes while travelling is an interesting experience. Also some palaces offer free entrance to people wearing hanbok.
True in Seoul they do that indeed.
Love this one, the traditional side is great but the street art looks great. Our channel has a few videos the focus just on street art.
Awesome I need to check that out. I want to cover a bit more of the street art in London as well.
Svenywhere when you do share it to some groups on FB STREET ART RESCUE is a good one you should get a flurry of followers. 👍🌈
I wasnt expecting that behind the door lol its pretty expensive to rent the dress.. I would have expected it to be cheaper.. and judging by your face, you enjoyed the food!
I enjoy the food and I would never rent a dress for myself. But hey some people like it.
Those colourful walls on that street look nice. When did you visit this place ?
I visited it in October
beautiful jeonju^^
Jeonju is wonderful. What do you like the most of Jeonju?
@@Svenywhere Food, Hanok, Omokdae, ^^ and you?
@@koreahistory10000 I missed Omokdae unfortunately. Of course I love the food and the hanok village looks amazing. I loved the cultural village as well with the great paintings on the wall.
@@Svenywhere oh~my god! you missed omokdae ? this place is so beautiful view point, if you have chance to visit Jeonju again, you have to see omokdae (오목대)
@@koreahistory10000 wow saw some pictures of it, looks as a great place I missed. The view looks good from there. Very similar as from the Cultural village.
This place is so cool! How did you get there from Seoul?
It is a cool place indeed. I mentioned it in the video, we took the slow train but you can also take a fast train or an express bus or you can go with a touring group.
@@Svenywhere added to my list
I hope you guys have ever the chance to visit South Korea
You need some tasting lessons from Mark Wiens. 😊
안녕하세요! :) 부산광역시교육청에서 학생영어교육을 위해 자료를 활용해도 되는지 여쭤 봅니다^^ Hi! Can the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education use this video for students' English education?
Yes you can!
I had neckache :( haha
So you wouldn't sleep on a futon bed?
@@Svenywhere maybe on a sofa
