Thx for the detailed video!!! I do think ppl underestimate the TRX it came out during covid and didn't have much issues with quality and reliability and the Bilstein shocks are def underrated I've seen videos where at high speeds the TRX is more composed where the raptor gets a bit unstable would you be able to confirm this in a video in the future? Great video!!!
I’ve noticed about the headlights, but always thought the Fog just put out a brighter output when steering wheel was at a certain angle, good to know! Great vid man. I knew I wasn’t loosing my mind.silly wife😂
I just picked up my 2023 RAM TRX (Lunar Edition). I would assume by your exterior Graphics and Beadlock rings color scheme, you have the same seat stitching color of surf blue. “Beautiful Vehicle”
Fantastic video! Not sure if you know but will ask anyway … I have the rock rails like you do on my 22 TXR. I’m thinking about going the Mopar or AMP steps route - do you know if the folding steps provide any significant “rock rail” like protection? Be safe! MC
Hey Mark, thanks for the support! Funny you should ask, that's actually my next mod too (Mopar power boards just arrived). I think the power boards are much less offroad capable and will probably bend or get damaged if any significant force is applied, like a large rock or something like that. I definitely considered that and kept going back and forth when I got my first TRX, and decided to play it safe and get the rock rails. Now that I've done a lot of offroading, I realize that I almost never do rock crawling, and mostly stick to high speed and sand type stuff so I'm going to give the power steps a try. If you don't mind waiting, I'll have an install video and review within the next couple of weeks with more info 👍🏼 Take care buddy!
Ford fan boy here but agree that the TRX is an overbuilt heavier duty truck than the Raptor R. I talk about some of the same at the end of my video. On my channel on mine.
Yes it definitely seems more heavy duty, hence the extra weight compared to the Raptor. On the road the weight is not a huge deal, but offroad it's quite noticeable in my opinion, and I do prefer the Raptor driving characteristics on tight/nimble trails. Thanks for your comment, I'll check out your video!
@@CatchMeOffroad Thats great! I have 22 with just under 5k miles and man ive loved every one of them! Is there aftermarket cv boots yet? Thinking about putting 37s and lift when factory tires are worn out.
@@ponce1521 definitely do the level, it will help with 37s. I have several videos on different ways to level. The 2023s have a new CV part number which is supposed to be tear resistant 53011128AG so if you have issues try those out 👍🏼
As always, great videos.
Cool kuwait emblem btw
Did not know the details on the suspension and rear end diff...thank you for that....beautiful truck....nice colors....Well done sir!
That truck looks beautiful
Thank you!! Next video is a walkaround and info on all the aftermarket parts on it 👍🏼
That bad boy is an absolute beast!
Thanks buddy!
@CatchMeOffroad bring that bad boy out to Oregon and check out the Coos bay Sand Dunes
Great Tech on the suspension!
Great video. I have a 22 Blue level 2 with most of the options and the running boards. It's an impressive truck.

Hey I can't confirm about you losing your mind, but you were right about the headlights at least 🤣
"Aficionado" video. Good for aficionado of particular type truck.

From where did you get kuwaits logo that you have placed in the back window?
From kuwait 😁
is the frame different/ better in TRX than regular 1500 ?
Yes it is definitely strengthened and gusseted, you can see all the changes in the TRX launch videos from Ram and other reporters.
TRX all the way !! ford cuts to many corners
🦖💪🏼💯
How many Miles on yours now?
Just shy of 5k 👍🏼
@@CatchMeOffroad Awesome! How many did you put on your other TRX?
@@ponce1521 22k with no issues other than a couple torn cv boots from the lift! Love these trucks 👍🏼
