    Honda all the way. High build quality, reliable, easy to work on, real gears ( the dct model has 10 true gears 5 in high range 5 in low) the dct also has a automatic mode or a manual mode to switch between depending on what your doing so it’s great for utility tasks like plowing or towing and it also has a true front locking diff and great resale. The only way I’d go with one of the other brands is if horsepower is by far your main priority and you are willing to sacrifice in other areas to have it. I’ve had 2 can ams that I bought brand new a 2016 570 and a 2021 850. They were both nice machines and if fast aggressive trail riding is your main goal you can’t go wrong they have a lot of power and it’s fun! But In every other area/ category I like my rubicon a lot more! You just have to decide what your going to use it for the most and what your priorities are and that will help you with your choice!

    Between those units in the 500 cc range the Honda is King. If you decide to go big bore the Can Ams are absolute beast

      Yeah I agree. The Can Am 850 and 1000 are some bad machines but they are a little out of my price range. Thanks for watching!

    I have a Polaris side by side that I love. Also a Suzuki 400(07). If I bought a new atv I’d definitely go with the Outlander!

    It's a 4wheeler bro daddy not a pickup. Don't worry about horsepower. 30 is plenty. I'd go with the best built machine which is the Honda. However the Honda is a straight up utility unit so keep that in mind.

      I ended up purchasing a 2022 Honda Pioneer 520 instead of the Honda Rubicon 520. Went with utility. Thanks for watching!

    Honda is definitely the way to go for reliability. But I would go With the Outlander! They are awesome on the trails.

    If your looking for speed then can am or polaris but plan to work on them every other weekend if you are not looking for speed and want something that just works then you cant beat a Honda

    When I got into side by sides I never looked back. Being in my late 40s there is no way my body and back would allow to go backwards. And no room for a cooler and passengers . That’s a young man game

      @UTVDIRT  Před 2 lety

      I agree I wouldn't be able to go all day on a ATV but I do have 2 sons one 21 and the other 16 which would love to drive one of those ATVs. Lol

      @@UTVDIRT in that case you better buy two f them so they can ride together. But now your back to the same price point of a side by side.

    I ordered my atv in October and just got in last week. I bought a outlander 850, I’ve had Hondas all my life so trying something faster. I’m not far from you if you need more riders.

      Wow! That's a long wait. Did you buy the XMR 850? That's one thing I like about the Can Ams they are fast.

    • @TwinTurboToyota
      @TwinTurboToyota Před 2 lety

      @@UTVDIRT just the dps. Because that’s the only way I could get the gray color and the dps is faster than the xmr due to the xmr gear reduction

    If quality and reliability are important to you then rule out Polaris. Can't go wrong with Honda quality. I have two Outlanders (16' 570 DPS max and 21' 850 max XT) and love them both. Good luck and ride safe!

      I recently bought a 15 850 max XT. I love it so far but I’m still getting used to the engine braking system and hearing the clutch. Do they all brake like this? I’m wondering if mine maybe needs a tune up or if this is normal. Never owed a can am before but it’s definitely a beast of an atv.
