This is amazing! I think one of my favorite parts of chamber pieces such as this one is that the bass instrument (tuba in this case) usually doesn’t have to only hold out the same note the entire time, and instead has some actual moving parts that flow well with the melody

As a tuba player I always try to make sure I give them something I would think is fun!
