D Double E is harder to understand I grant you - he just has one of those voices that is not as sharp as some others - but is an OG and has some brilliantly memorable bars and adlibs. Road man's hymn needs to be done, I don't think I've ever seen a US reaction of that track but please do the studio version and not the live version. Live versions are great when you can sing along but as a first impression I think they're a bad idea.
