Thanks for asking; not 100% sure but I know other buffets will do that for you. I would assume Wicked Spoon is one of those that would cook to your liking, but again, not sure 🤔

Stay away if you don’t eat shellfish or pork!!! Since it’s a high end buffet I was willing to eat there with my family of 6 since they also served beef, salmon, chicken and turkey but they failed to deliver!!!! Food was subpar and we paid $59 per person for holiday. AND they were missing some items that were in the menu!!! Waste of my time and money!!!
Sorry your experience was awful. They should have offered all of the items that they list on the menu. We noticed that when we went, too. It was mostly the meat items, but if they say it’s gonna be offered, then it should be. For us, the rest of the food was great, but they should definitely follow through with what they say will be on the menu.
