Hi there thanks for this video it has really helped me. I’ve downloaded the in shot app but it seems in whichever quality I save my videos in be it 4K or 1080p, it would not give me the clearest caption on my videos. My caption’s quality are lost when I upload it to Instagram. How can I upload without a loss in resolution. Pls help :)

I believe you can! You'll just have to post it manually and will likely have to crop it down a bit so it's not as tall - to fit the FB dimensions of tall video posts.

Hi Elise! Love your content! Question: at 3:50, you create three clips directly in reels, then save to camera roll, then bring into In Shot. I didn’t understand why you would film the clips in the IG app. Why not just film on your iPhone camera? Is there some benefit to recording with in the IG reels section before saving to camera roll?
