The Old Man showing his inner child at the end. Gotta love it! 🙏
❤old man❤
@#LizardFace You can enjoy something scripted.. Ever watch a movie? Or s play by Shakespeare? Yeah those come from scripts. It will be okay I promise...
@#LizardFace you must be some kinda miserable...I could give 2 f*cks if its scripted and I won't go a penny more.
@@RebelGaming4U haha his life must be very serious 😂😅😂😅
@@CKJJ88 he seems like someone who would wanna watch paint dry he would enjoy since it isn't scrip 😂🤣😂
"Dumb leading the dumb." 😂
The Old Man was the best. RIP.
Lol
That was a very impressive restoration for $600. I’d pay that!
7-UP Yeah!
Yes, they got it for a very lucrative price. & a very nice repair job.👍🏼👍🏼
4:39 Chumlee almost broke the Leslie organ speaker
In Chum’s defense, that curb should be level. It’s a safety hazard.
Rick: "I knew chumlee wasnt gonna be able to keep his hands off that organ speaker, and if he breaks it, I'm gonna dock his pay."
*walks out and sees the old man*
Rick: " You got to be kidding me"
Old man: "I think I got the hang of this thing."
Priceless🤣
Yes, I saw the video
Wank alert wanker alert
The old man is a legend. Rip.
The old man is a stone cold negotiator.
More like master con artist.
Guitar dude has the most epic sideburns known to man
Yeah lol....that guy is a Genius
At that point I wouldn't call them sideburns lol.
Adam Dutkiewicz would like to have a word with you.
@@RebelGaming4U I wouldn't either, that's kinda the joke...
They're awesome. He looks like a combination between Hagrid and a Cocker Spaniel
the old man is so hilarious! he is missed!
Rip old man..
you were all of our old man's
The old man at the end is priceless. Man do I miss the old man.
Nobody:
Rick: “And if he breaks it, I’m gonna dock his pay”
LMAAAOOOO
That is all Rick can said about his old man" You got to be kidding me" hahaha.
Good seeing the oldman again
Old Man was my favorite character from this show! RIP Old Man.
The Old man is an OG.... "What ya got for me son!"...
Rest In Peace, Old Man.
"Whatcha got here SON?"
I'd LOVE to see Rick dock the Old Man's Pay! LOL!
Customer: I have a heart attack call 911
Rick: Best i can do is 9
$9.11
And I am taking all the risk here
Also has to frame it
6 because he has to pay for the funeral service
Some trivia- when the Beatles were recording 'Tomorrow Never Knows' for the Revolver album in 1966, John Lennon wanted an otherworldly sound to his voice for the second half of the song. Producer George Martin and engineer Geoff Emerick ran his vocal through the Leslie speaker [probably the 1st time this was done] and the rest, as they say- is history.
Amazing job of refurbishing that Leslie speaker from a virtual point of no return. That's some wicked sounding speaker for a guitar.
Speaker came out nice. Old Man wins again. Was fun to watch. Great video
Nice amp & speaker when he was done with it. and I absolutely love the ending LOL
RIP Old Man, you are a true legend
“These Leslie speakers are cool” 😎
RIP old man time will never be the same without you and that way you stare at people
5:04 I think I got the hang of this thing
🤣🤣🤣 The Old Man
This has gotta be one of the quickest and easiest deals I've ever seen.
"Can I have 500?"
"I'll give you 200."
"How about 400?"
"No."
"Ok."
Old man is the greatest man that gives people lowest offer.
If the guy did his own research, he could’ve had it refurbished and sold it himself.
Havent seen this in a while wow the man did a awesome job with doing all the work to it
It's funny how chumly bringing it back carelessly 😆😆.. but he's the best of all.
That was great, Rick thought it was Chum on the Oregon or what ever it was 😂
Great episode 😊
Old man : it's big for your car chumlee.
Chumlee : bigger better Chumlee logic 🤔🤔
He was just joking about having a bigger system In the car
Leslie also makes train horns and steam valves
CZcams’s honestly just gotta let the whole title show on screen cause my heart dropped when I saw “Risky Deal for an Antique Organ...”
4:38 Wow, Chum really is an airhead lmao
I wasn't expecting that ending. XD
Missing the old man. RIP.
Rick thought Chum was using the restored speaker lol it was The Old Man. epic. lol
Love this show ❤!!!
He's right about those early Jensen Alnicos. great speakers. V21 horn driver. and those original 15's from the late 50's are hard to find anymore.
Beautiful restoration work
NICE job on the speaker rebuild!!
That last chord was beautiful
The amp alone in that leslie fetches over 200 dollars.
I got one from 1962 that I picked up with a lowrey organ. I took the organ apart as mice chewed some wires but saved the leslie and associated boxes to connect it to the organ. No amp option though sadly but it does have the adapter for the lowrey amp to feed off the organs amp tubes.
This episode is 10 years old. I would have paid $600 10 years ago to get my 145 refurbed like that. What a deal!
Me too. I have a 122 that needs some work and the prices have been almost ridiculous when I'm getting quotes.
Well done old man .. beautiful job
0:12 For a split second I thought could’ve said Like the Chum Leading the Dumb 😅 🎃
The old man is my favorite character in pawn stars, I can’t wait to get an autograph one day!
Chum is the real life Muscle Man from Regular Show
What impresses me is the guy carrying the speaker like it is a box of nothing!
Peter Frampton offered me his Leslie that was converted for his guitar. I didn't have the room, but brought is Yamaha CS-80
That guy was an absolute chump selling that for $200. Even in the original condition it was worth at least $750.
1st time I seen the old man playing with something and not chum messing around
Miss u old man RIP
Rick was shocked that the Old Man was playing the organ and not Chumlee.
I love how Rick pretends to be mad at chum
I had one of these a couple years ago.
The old Man love him!
Risky? I take bigger risks taking a dump in the morning.
Rick gets so pissy sometimes over stupid stuff, but he’s my favorite personality in the entire series
I think the guy who fixed that speaker is the same guy who tried to rob Kramer on the subway in Seinfeld 😂
Hammond and Leslie hated each other, but they couldn't work without each other.
Highly sought after by guitarists! 😛🎵😎
so great
One doesn’t experience self-transcendence, the illusion of self only dissipates 🎈
That Leslie is awesome! Check the price of a new one. I’d love to have it.
Chum wearing heat
missing the back covers. But a good cab. Could be restored easily. I do this for a living.
The rotation gives them more like a vibrato effect with a single mic, or like a wider chorus with two mics. Live, it's something inbetween.
Edit: It's easy to do digitally these days, so analog units are kinda rare if they work.
Rick was boutta flip if that wasn’t the old man
the old man was 😎 cool it's great that they have so many memories on video.peace
$600? For all that he undersold his work
That Moonshine chopp hog is s genius as i recalll.....he also basd player for the Frybaby 5 ..in SF .....super Psychedrlic swing that welvome back blotter ....if you know what i mean
Jimi Hendrix plugged his Stratocaster into the largest, wood cabinet Leslie in his studio.
If you look inside the double album cover of "Electric Ladyland" you'll see a photo of him tuning
his guitar while he stands beside one. I hear him as getting into the most on "Drifting".
At 2:36 that insulation was PART of the AMP....
Its like the Chum leading the Chum.
That speakeris something i would by even that i was born in the 20's
2:10 what up silent bob
As an audiophile this made me so happy
Show is not the same without the old man.
rock bands loved these speakers
Rick was crazy mad when he heard it playing
You could even plug in your mp3 player to it
Can someone help me out here is the Pawn shop still open in 2021 at this current day I thought It got closed or something
The old man was awesome.
Pov:You clicked the link
If the guy had just spent some 20 minutes cleaning the Leslie inside and out beforehand he would have gotten a much better deal than just 200 $. A brief look at online auctions would have been revealing as well.
Put videos from this year out pls
The bigger the better🤧😂
Can't dock the bosses pay ;)
Old man: don’t touch it
Rick: suspected chum Lee but plot twisted to be the old man
2k$ is a bit steep. But given he made the mod to exclude the Combo Pre-amp which was always noisy, it might fetch 1500.
I wonder how much that guy wants for his funky sideburns
This Leslie is worth way more than that.
These are worth big money now. Jesus.
Rick looks like Homer Simpson
That speaker is worth much more. The guitarist from the sixties and seventies used them to get very unique sounds. They ate quite rare.
Chum Twins: Chumlee meets Chumlee (with beards ) at 2:12
