When showing the houses could you please show everything, I wanted to see the pantry. Also I wish you would show the blueprint of the houses measurements because that would be super helpful.
I’ve never seen anything about blueprints being available for any of these houses. They appear to be merely artist renderings.
And the basement. Obviously there are stairs leading to the basement
The entry is perfect for a cold climate! Big closet and bench for coats, boots, etc., and the foyer can be closed off with a pocket door for an "air lock". The TV won't be bothered much by the artificial fireplace, and it's at a good viewing height. This house has a basement! That would be great for added bedrooms and/or an entertainment room. At first I considered the kitchen counter space "just adequate", but there's a lot more in the laundry room, and there is a pantry as well as a broom closet! I really like this plan!

1st house I have seen with a basement which is awesome for it can have the furnace and water heater down there as well as a recreation room with a pool (billards) table. Well done TM Studio! 💕

I really like the layout of this house. The bedroom closets never seem to be big enough. I would have loved it if you had done the basement too. It would have been really cool to see how you designed the basement. I love the large back porch.

Since I can't have a basement where I live I guess I would take the stairway space and enclose it to house the HV/AC and hot water heater with maybe a bit of storage left over. But, oh my goodness!! What a wonderful house!

Imagino que la parte de abajo queda para gusto del dueño de casa. Aunque yo en vez de sótano construiría un piso adicional y agregaría ahí un dormitorio para las visitas, y en el porche lateral construiria un estudio y un pequeño gimnasio, el resto está súper; son unos genios, gracias

The Porch area should have fully screened in & whole front porch!
It should have been a full roof ( looks like Porch is an added on cheapens the look!

Also didn't like the tiny door to get into the horribly decorated living room
Far too many windows in the living area. I don't like the open cellar exit in the living area at all; it belongs in the anteroom. The wooden walls are too dark. The brick tile look is not nice.
One thing I don’t like about these cottages is the tiny bedrooms and the lack of closet space in the bedrooms.
