I didn't see any useful programs demonstrated, like a word processing program, home finance program, email, browser, video player, music player, & audiobook program, but instead a lot about shopping for more stuff.
"Useful" is highly subjective. This is a general video about how to use the iPad, not specific apps to use.

Thanks so much. I just got my iPad and this was a great tutorial. Covered all the basics. There are a couple of differences with my 2024 iPad and your video from 2022, but it was easy to find things, as most of the labels are the same.

It would be helpful if you said which generation iPad you are using. I am using the basic iPad 9th generation and the settings don't correspond to what you are showing. Very frustrating for a beginner.

Some general steps: Close the music app. If that doesn't work, restart your phone.
In your next tutorial talk and move your hands around the iPad Very slow. For me it was like I was watching a slight of hand magician

My iPad's power button is in the middle of the bottom side of the "frame." I'm guessing he is talking about a different edition of the iPad.

My new Ipadpro version 6 doesn't have sp0ectrumsetup-AO it has specxctrumsetup-1A. When I choose it the Ipad just keeps spinning and doesn't do anything else

Its fine. It may take longer for the iPad to charge and it may get warmer, but its ok to use it while charging.

What do you mean by "is in Apple"?
Is there and option to simply use a password and not do a touch ID?
Yes. You have to create a passcode when you setup TouchID as the passcode is used as a backup. If you want to disable TouchID, I believe it should be somewhere in Settings and then Passcode or something like that.

What do you use a regular pen/pencil for? You can write or draw on the iPad with the Apple Pencil similar to how you can do that on a piece of paper.
