I love Dr. MLJ. Have his commentaries on Romans. Are there any sermons of his that stand out? I’ve though of doing one of his on the narrow way

@@MontanaViking You may have to ask the MLJ Trust for permission. Each sermon says it must be replicated in its entirety unless you have been approved. That would be wonderful though, I really appreciate this channel!

If you are maintaining your faith, you are eternally secure; if you are not maintaining your faith, you are not eternally secure. Those who claim Christianity but are living like the devil or living a life void of faith are not eternally secure. My parents, my spouse, my siblings, my in-laws, my cousins, my aunts/uncles, my friends, my acquaintances, and my enemies (humans, demons, or the devil) cannot pluck me out of the hand of God; however, I can walk off the hand of God.
If you walk away, it proves you were never in Christ. 1 John 2:19. Those living a life void of faith have never been saved. By their fruits you will know them.
@@jimmieclark1183 Hebrew 3:6 says, "but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house-whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end." Hebrews 3:14 says, "For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end," Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful;" If the elect are always going to persevere, why would he need to tell the elect to "hold fast"? (I know the old song and dance; you are going to try and convince me that I do not understand scripture. Spare me)

@@changedman6035 God does not lose His follower; however, He does remove them from the vine; read Romans chapter 11. If you are a Calvinist, please respond to someone else's thread. I do not discus the Bible with cult followers.
@@artemusbowdler7508 Friend, you need to repent, I have trusted in Christ alone for my salvation. Do not insult our Lord by saying that He will lose any of His sheep, He is the Good Shepherd.
I'm living like the devil, but it has nothing to do with me, or what I'm doing! God chooses! God loves garbage I guess! I've tried to stop drinking, smoking, I just can't right now! It's not what you do, it's what God did! God dosent choose you because your good, he chooses you to prove his grace is beyond human understanding. Yeah I want to quit, both! I just can't right now! But I will!
