- Time to rectify the shiny center caps and bring the color in to match the wheels.
Total cost of this was $32 which is about the price of a single official Enkei cap.
All parts were from amazon. If you have any questions, or anything else Miata you would like to see, let me know. Normal SpeedyEFI episodes resume soon.
May i know what size is your center cap 15s?
Looks awesome, are these the +35 offset wheels?
you can buy on ebay rpf1 custom caps theyre cheap same cost as making these
Thanks for the tip, just had a look. The issue was the depth i needed for the rear hub nut there was nothing in the right color under $40 and these came out looking way better than I expected.
Looked better B4 paint. I think the chrome was just too new. A gun metal gloss chrome would have looked best. They look like huge dabs of silver paint now. Sand down and do a satin black !
A金城 I like the satin black idea, they are cheap enough to try another set, I was trying to go for as close to the wheel color as possible.
Did the caps come with the rims or did you purchase them afterwards?
Also, 15x7 stick out nicely.
Thanks, I think they fir great, although i think i need to lower a little. Brought the rims, second hand and they didn't come with caps. The official caps were $95 and as nice as they probably are, they were not worth that for me.
I now see what is possible with correct the correct offset. These make me want RPFs even more.
@@Bustahym3n I'm wondering if these rims are +35 or +41? I'm gonna put these beauties on my 95 SL2.
may i know what is the size of those tires?
Sure thing. 195/50R15

I have original Enkei Logo black caps. Off my Enkei 92R Mesh. Same specs as RPFs. I’d sell in future possibly. JDM Daily Driver on Facebook.
