Yo bro at like 2:00 he didn’t say blast his rocket he either said ‘blast he’s rarted’ meaning if I shoot hes gunna be retarded or disabled (from the gunshot injuries) or he said ‘blast his rahted’ which means blast his head but the first one makes more sense. Definitely not rocket tho for further edits u do. Rahted is a word u say when something surprises u.
