We went to a SOUTHERN FAIR!! Basingstoke Funfair with W. Davis & Sons

We went to try out a Fun Fair from the South! We travelled passed Basingstoke for W. Davis and Sons funfair to try out new rides including a new waltzer for us.
Held by the Milestone Museum, is where you can find this ground, currently on until Sunday 23rd June 2024. It's a pay per ride fairs with rides from £3. In this vlog, we take a full tour of the ground and take on some rides too... including Theo driving our dodgem car! Bad idea lol.

Great to see you at a fair down south and Martin in the vlog, there's not alot he couldn't tell you about the travelling fun fairs absolute legend. Love the artwork on Billy Davis's Supreme Waltzer by London showman and fairground painter George Hebborn. We have some great Waltzers down south including Billy Davis's, Thomas Benson's, Lee Matthews Earth 🌎 Shaker to name a few. Great vlog guys 👍👍

Another great vlog, good to see the colonel on there with his knowledge, was noticeable to see the wave swinger which was Raymond codonas I had done it in the secc where it had steps all round and looked a lot different to what it does now. Also noticed the car on the waltzer wasn't wanting to go the fast way seemed to veer back in the slow direction but it does look a class machine, lovely artwork by George hebborn as well 😎👍

Yeah, that was my only issue i had with that waltzer... Some spin too well, and overspins so it loses it... Better than many though
