Most accurate way is eating 4-5 meals a day and not snacking you can determine the calories with a food scale your maintenance is roughly 15x bodyweight 250kcals above or below is 0.5lbs gain or loss. Personally just keep a mental note of roughly my calories consumed and eat whatever I want. Works for me I’m at around 12% and able to change weight at whatever rate I want. Hope I could help a little bit I know you probably already knew this.😁

Getting sun light in my eyes pretty soon after I wake up actually fixed my circadian rhythm pretty well. I used to always end up going to sleep a bit later and wake up a bit later until it was untenable then pulling a 24 hour wake cycle to fix it.
