I was approved for an FHA loan in March but I couldn't find any FHA homes available. Market is so bad I hope it picks up in 2024.... I wanted to buy the condo I'm renting in come to find out the Association doesn't allow FHA loans.... I was crushed because I've been here 7 years and it's a beautiful little condo that I could afford
