I suffered from sleep paralysis for 4 months. I use to experience this every day or trice a week. I completely agree about open window. I researched about it, during that time I miscarriages 3 child. But allhumdulilah I use to scream "Allha hu Akbar" in that state of paralyses. Those where the worst days of my life. This things started to happen with me after my 1st miscarriage.

I had a sleep paralysis attack. Those were the days when i was in severe tension and depression. After that, i feel that iv a heart issue. But everything was fine physically.
It was like someone squeezing from both sides, from head to toe. I tried to open my hands, but i couldn't.
After this condition, i up and offer 2 nafal.
It was once in my life.
Alhamdullilah im fine now.
