Good anti-boss strategy:
When you are far away, use the normal gun as a sniper. As the boss gets closer, spud machine-gun him. when he is very close, shotgun him.

so Kan, have you considered putting a turret on the back of the jeep for when you have a buddy tagging along? you could kite a boss while your buddy shoots the thing.

When I didn’t have a spud gun I tryed to kill a big red bot with my hammer for like 3 hours then I just gave up
you would think after like 30 minutes that it's not doing anything smh
I don't know if they changed it since, but at some point it was possible to kill a red bot with a hammer. Just took some patience and many deaths.

A fruit grows one vine and a vegetable grows as a root like carrots, potatoes, beets, etc. While that grows on vi as are tomatoes, bananas, pineapples, broccoli, blueberries, etc.
Since your base is on the ocean, you could build a transport ship so you could take vehicles around the map. Or maybe get a combat-vehicle to the warehouse. It would be sweet to have a crane to load them on, too. Though a loading ramp always works :P
I am so excited to see the devs add navigation stuff to the game like a map and especially those beacons!
To harvest or pick up stuff faster just hold RMB down and run and look around it will pick up what your looking at and you wont accidentally remove a block
I don’t know if anyone has commented this but you can kill the bosses with the explosives you can craft! A friend and I did it before we got our spud guns and it took two large explosives for one boss. Love the series and I’ve become a fast fan of the channel!
Careful in the warehouse we got in there 3 dude.... and got wreck and we mostly ran out of ammo.... bring LOTS! Love your video give my ideas on what I can do. Cheers!
Warehouse raid would be interesting to watch and also have you ever think of putting a chest in your vehicle for emergencies ammo or extra inventory while hunting boss stuff. Good series by the way
Kan when you get a mount able spud gun .. put it on your truck cabin facing the switch that lowers the trailers stand.
This is useful for saving time and has a more realistic truck feeling for controlling the trailer from the cabin.
Getting rid of the fenders over the duals (drive axles) will help, raising the hitch ought to go the block collision issue. Still need to add some frame and increase your wheel base and set your king pin a little ahead of the front drive axle for weight distribution. There's actually a mathmatical formula for determining proper length to weight distribution, it's call bridge law. Probably can get it on line, but it's also in every trucker map book too. If you want to see it figured. Doubt it's apply to the game, but if the physics is good enough to be close to reality, 2 blocks ought to keep the steers down on the ground with 28 crates. Rough guess, might need 3.
It's pretty clear it's not accurate... Worst comes to worst, build you a big ol grill guard out of concrete for weight. Lol you can see that on farm tractors doing it for the exact same reason all the time... Those big blocks in front of the hood are steel ballist weights.
You should put lights on the walls of your base outside so that it is easier to see at night

Fighting a boss out in the wild, you can basically build a spatula extending out from the high ground with slits in it to shoot underneath.
Kan, challenge for you: sensor based suspension that keeps the chassis relatively flat while crawling. Would use sensors and logic gates to extend pistons on springs to stiffen and soften based on chassis angle in relation to the ground or axle...
Do a multiplayer race that you build as you go in survival....but you have to also craft everything besides a seat and bearings

There are lights in some of the abandoned shacks. Could be useful for lighting up your base.
put bearings under those top mounted lights and use a controller to rotate them out a little. i did that and it mades the BIGGEST difference when trying to use lights at night. you can get a full 180 of light
I’d like to see you go to the warehouse next. I feel as though your limited until you go through. Like you enter into a whole new layer of scrap mechanic.
You should make some light posts coming off the outside wall facing downwards so you can see when the bots attack what part of the wall and also it would be cool to have lights facing downwards on the plant machine to light up the plants while farming around night time :)
The mountable spudguns are really strong against bosses
Have you thought about making a spinning arm to deal damage to the bots when they come for your base? I think having high spin rate "arms" meleeing the bots would be a good way to kill them and keep your base safe
Looks like they take roughly 60 spuds to kill.
Also, don't you think it's a little odd that a fast potato can damage them, but a tool specifically designed for destruction doesn't even doesn't even damage them.
Actually tomatoes are Fruit vegetables, So botanically speaking they are fruit, but in culinary we prepare the like vegetables. There are many foods like this
kan, you should really try to get some garment boxes in the next episode to get some better clothes!

you should add a backwards facing sensor on the peg of the trailer so that when you unlock the peg, the supports on the trailer come out. Also you should add more supports behind the wheels so that it doesn't slide around.
I think your double wishbone suspension does have a tiny bit of functionality, that being a slight increase to roll resistance, so you don't flip over.

You can press E to harvest crops btw, makes it easier to avoid breaking blocks
Instead of a buggy you should make it into a trophy truck also you should put a spare wheel on every car just in case a bot destroys your wheels

You don't have to be in third person to get zoom and increased accuracy from aim down sights. If you watch carefully, you can see the crosshair contract during ADS in first person as well (just before it vanishes), and there's also zoom. The crosshair is basically centered at the very top of the sight screw's slot...

I recomend that you get the shotgun. The shotgun does tons of damage. The minigun has weaker projectiles.
Advantages
Spudgun: nothing
Spudling gun: Fast Shots
Shot gun: strong Fire power
Disadvantages:
Spud: nothing
Mini gun: Weak shots
Shotgun: Low Accuracy
Gatling guns by the way make less damage but fast but that also means less effiency with spuds and if you were getting another spud gun use a gattling gun with the mountable spud guns which you need ammo crates (for which you already have ) because with efficiency at the highest possible mark and quick kill duration ( how much time you need to kill anything ) it is op.

10:20. Idk about that. I managed to kill a boss once with the hammer. After a couple of deaths and an almost broken car. But still killed it
From 8:37-8:39 you will see that a loot crate went past his wheel and he didn't even notice it haha
Add some small chests to the buggy for storage before raiding the warehouse so you can grab ammo and food in case you die in the warehouse
Full durability on a block means it is invincible to explosions, and probably bots, so if you could farm enough keys you could keep robots from breaking your walls potentially indefinitely.

You can mine amber trees using your spudgun. You can also plant potatoes using spudgun :)
Fruits have seeds, vegetables, usually you plant their “core”
On your trailer, you should have pistons put the flatbed on the ground, so you don't have to use the lift every time.
Kan, you should get mountable spud guns and make an auto turret that's active when your gate is closed that rotates left and right but also tracks the target!!!
small tip if you hold RMB to pick things up you can collect crops easier

You should build a separate harvester mechanism to the farm on the side so you can still expand and have auto harvesting
Warehouse keys might seem to be the strongest object in the game, but it’s actually ramps because they are invincible against bots (so far).
Now use a controller to turn those rollbar lights out 45 degrees. That will light up a much wider area and increase your visibility greatly.
You should put up sensors at the front gate, so when you leave it closes and when you get close to the gate then it opens
well if he did that then when the farm bots got close, the gate would open and would be useless.
Glitch Less if he put it up high enough it wouldn’t see the robots
@kAN Gaming add another front steering axle to a truck so you will have 2 front steering axles and 2 rear axles, that way you will have way better control of truck with trailer if its full and please put some lights on your base wall cuz its so dark at night there.
Tomatoes are botanically fruit, but culinarily used as a vegetable. The difference between the botanical and culinary definitions causes a lot of weirdness. Botanical is basically a seeds/no seeds argument, culinary is basically a sweet/savory argument.

Suggestion: You should make some lights and attach them to your base's walls since at night its hard to see, for you and for the viewers too. And it would look nice, and it would add more atmosphere to your base... But this is just a suggestion

17:38 yes it kinda is. You see we eat tomatoes as vegetables, but they are technically a fruit.
Not sure if you've done this yet. But the hitching mechanism is supposed to be directly in the middle of the rear axle. Then it's better weight distribution.
Pro Tip, use E to harvest your crops so you don't remove building blocks.

While the normal spudgun takes 60
