    Hi, can you give me 5 good reasons 'Not to' invest in AIPL - the joy district' new commercial in Sector 88 which is a fully commercial sector?
    AIPL builder history is great along with a strong leasing team and all their previous projects are doing well. Elan's most of the previous commercial projects are empty so how can an investor trust them?

      Kuch lease par to hua hai nahi. Chor builder hai elan. Pahle 2 floor bata kar logo ko Luta baad mein 4 floor bana diye. aur investor se bina puche hi kaam karwana start kar dia. Middle class to bade sapne bata kar sales wale 6 rs maintainance 22rs kar di. Do not belive any broker.

    Sir, No 1 clarity giver had announced that he has declared a rate of 14000 for shapoor ji 4 months back. Today he said that he has declared a rate of 13500. Is he fooling people?
