During the EBC hiking, I passed by a log in Dingboche and met a friend from Fuzhou.
Because this friend missed Chinese food, he discussed with the boss to buy a whole chicken and we would cook it ourselves.
So, I, Lao Zhang, photographer Stone, a young man from Fuzhou, and several young Sherpa chefs made a delicious Northeastern dish: chicken stewed with potatoes.
Although it didn’t look good, it tasted really good. The boss also tried it and praised it highly.
After eating it all, the boss also wrote down the Chinese name and pronunciation of the dish. I wonder if friends who go to Dingboche in the future will have the opportunity to taste this Chinese dish?
