Back then, it was the norm for girls to get married when they are about 9. Even in the US, during the 1900s the age of consent was 7 or 9 in certain states. It is a little ignorant to expect society to be the same as today 1400 year ago.

Sadhguru is a good man, and Zaik Naik as well. Now personalities aside, let's talk about Islam. Zaik Naik has said nothing wrong. When a female has reached puberty, she has reached the age of choice to marry. I am sure many of your grandmothers have married very young when her parents knew she reached puberty. Though, in islam it is not allowed to force a woman to marry someone not of her choice, or even rush her to marry anyone.
As for the raping Zaik Naik mentioned, I saw the whole video. He is convincing a non-muslim that human morality is very subjective, and sometimes we transgress our born moralities. For example, a human being without God, can give up on his own morality and believe everything is allowed, raping, stealing, lying... Therefore Zaik Naik siad when a human acts this way, God has to intervene and send us a new message to remind us of the right moralities that we need to follow.
Please do not listen to human beings about the validity of a message from God, just READ THE MESSAGE and DECIDE FOR YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY INTERFERENCE. Then, you will be accountable of yourself when you meet your creator.
May God have have mercy on his creation on the day of judgement, where all souls should learn what they have earned and no injustice shall be ignored and no good deed shall be unrewarded.
