Anyway we’re 1/3 of the way until completion!! What tf do I do after this series is done… Ooh yk I actually have a v vague lil brainworm of an idea of what I want to do next, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it aha 😁
I don’t know what to say now so I’m going to ramble my hc abt aroace Kenma bc I can:
Listen he just doesn’t strike as the type of person to care abt romance?? My man is the epitome of an introvert, shut-in, homebody, recluse, or even hermit idfk. Ik this doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t have a crush or smth like that but I feel like if you asked him if he had one he would most def make a face and go, “No.”
Now he didn’t just know he was aroace right away. In middle school he def tried some romance visual novels/otome games/dating sims to try and understand what the absolute fuck his peers are on abt “liking someone” and “dating”, but he just couldn’t get the appeal no matter how many games he played. After completing all the routes and getting all the endings of a game, he just stared at his screen and thought “Something is wrong with me.” He confided this thought to Kuroo who was on a tangent abt a girl he liked one day and basically Kuroo was like “Yo, you’re wrong abt there smth being wrong with you. You don’t even like people in general, so don’t you think it makes sense that you wouldn’t like-like people? That’s not a flaw you should be ashamed of. Anyway wanna play volleyball with me?”
And then that night Kenma does some research on the internet™️, badoom skadoosh he has a realization and tells Kuroo a couple days later, “I don’t think I’ll ever like-like people.” and Kuroo’s like “Cool bro hey how’s your progress on that new game that got released a few days ago?” and then Kenma goes on a tangent abt Persona 4 bc he’s most def played the Persona series and the rest is history 😋😋
