Always take your vehicle to a certified dealership for service work if you can afford it. In most cases the dealership service department will get it right the first time.

FYI - That shop is horrible from recent experience. However, they used to be reputable. Local Kuni Dealer referenced this shop over themselves for work I needed. The name was gold back in the day. Seems like the business may have been bought out.

Never transact in any business that does not benefit everyone involved. I just opened a shop two blocks down on fair oaks blvd and i have 100,000 convertible impalas in my shop every week and I'm scared to drive them, but i have to and i just do it carefully and communicate with my customers.
