- This was the last single to be released off the debut Wolfmother record. We'd sold out many massive venues and hit the stage at many a large festival. Only about a year or so into our touring was this song released as a single as you've probably seen and or noticed this is probably our biggest single to date. Just shows sometimes it takes a bit of time for a song to take traction.

@@Samotbackwards No it doesn’t. Not every band that is past its peak magically becomes great. This version is worse than your average high school cover band.
Kudos to the drummer for playing softer than he probably is used to. You can see him hold back how hard he's hitting but he didn't blow everyone elses head off and it helped the performance. Too many sefish drummers out there don't play to the room.
As a drummer I can say it's not that easy. I play with a similar setup with my band in a small room and I can't play full volume because it just overpowers everything.

I can still remember hearing this song driving on I-94 in 2005/2006 as a 20-21 year old. Almost every time I would hear this song on the radio I would subsequently start driving faster.

Andrew has amazing vocals. Quality-wise he sounds so similar on studio recordings and live. It's fantastic!

The first song i ever learned to play all the way through on Guitar. I can't say i listen to too much Wolfmother these days, but the band always has a place in my heart as my first. Keep rocking fellas!

I saw them at the 930 club in DC with the original lineup and that is hands down the best show I've ever been to. I was front row and Andrew jumped on me and broke my glasses... Epic!!! I will always love that formation and this album.

I saw them paying in Adelaide a couple of months back. After the show, my wife and I stayed in the place to have some beer and chat with some people we met there......suddenly Andrew Stock-fucking-dale starts walking around the place chatting with everyone. I had the pleasure to chat with him and even took a picture. What an amazing dude! Literally a dream coming true since I've been listening to them since around 06

Man, it was close 20 years ago that I certainly across this band on MySpace. I ordered their CD from Australia and it cost me $35 with shipping. And then about a month later they released it in the states.
