Love you Lisa.....may God bless you
Please do Mimi noodles with fermented fish and vegetables with chillies . It's really delicious you'll love it . It's local name is "Mimi Singju" in Manipur, India
Hiii
"There's a leak in the boat!" 🤣 I absolutely love cloudy with a chance of meatballs!!
Ayy that is my childhood movie
1
@@Hamox same
They never showed it when i was a child. How old even is that movie? Sounds fun. Also, I seem to have missed out on the golden age of Disney
Lol
So proud of Lisa, she came from just rolling spring rolls to making ramen from scratch.
Ppl who said she ain't a chef is shaking rn
well she is a home cook
i would say its a pro home cook
@@justnik7609 not really a pro
@@aoqa22 she’s on the come up. When she started she didn’t have any experience
@@danielsan83 yeah i know. I agree that she's a homecook but not really a "pro"
She's a great creator and she has a lovely personality, but she definitely lacks the technique to be called a "chef." I'm absolutely not hating - I like her videos, and she makes money and has fun. But she makes a lot of simple mistakes and tends to settle with stuff that she's messed up instead of redoing it.
Her process of becoming better is interesting to watch! I just know that chefs train for years and gain a lot of knowledge to earn the title of "chef." I work as a cook but I haven't earned the title of chef yet. That's why Binging with Babish doesn't call himself a chef, either. But him and Lisa don't have to be chefs to be perfectly valid and talented content creators!
I'm gonna miss this series, I hope we get another 30 day challenge like this in the future
Planning to do this ramen series each December! And maybe a different series for February 🤔
@@LisaNguyen could it be ramas (sounds kinda weird tho)
@@LisaNguyen -30- 28 day spring roll challenge 😆
@@LisaNguyen you can try out the rice version,Lisa...there's plenty of options out there for rice too
Can you try only chicken food plzzz
Glad you have a sponsorship! You truly leveled up, Lisa.
And it looks like a dish form a kdrama
Unlike most cooking creators on yt, Lisa's contents are just so relatable
Some tips: It absolutely help to start at the largest setting, and to roll pasta dough through each setting twice if you have to. There's a lot really great videos on this kind of thing. I'd recommend babish's stuff.
Also, kombu is meant to be taken out of the broth after a bit. Not sure if I just missed that or if it stayed in? But i think it's 90 minute mark that you need to take it out.
Thank you for the tips!
way of ramen also has helpful videos on how to make the noodles
I am pretty sure u gotta make the miso separately then adding it to the broth.
I love the veggie plant-based cooking recently! Even though you're sponsored (and hopefully more so in the future) I hope you do more of this!
Are u a vegan i am not getting sarcasttic but do you guys really dont eat garlic and onion as well because thats what i knew
@@ItachiUchiha-hw3fz vegans eat garlic and onion. Strange that you think they don’t
@@ItachiUchiha-hw3fz i heard it's only indian vegan who dont eat garlic. I think it is for religious reason, but im not sure and i might be wrong. Maybe someone can give better answer
@@donatbeku6976 well I am both veg and non vegiterian so doesnt matter
@@ItachiUchiha-hw3fz u can’t be vegetarian and be not vegetarian, sometimes the food u eat can be vegetarian but that doesn’t make u vegetarian lol
Making it from scratch is impressive, nicely done

“There’s a leak in the boat” gets me every time love cloudy with a chance of meatballs
Love it
Hey Lisa... A small suggestion for the adhesive issue. Please heat the pot a little bit until the adhesive becomes loose along with the sticker and you can pull it out without leaving any sticker or adhesives on the pot. No need to clean them if done this way.
@Emma S. Yh 🤨
Thank you for this tip!
@@24kslums you need to clean it no matter what, who knows what stuff is inside the pot?
Yesse
@@LisaNguyen In my work if we need to take a sticker off a car part odered In like a new door we'd get a small bit of thick fabric and some metholtated spirits put the rag on the top of the metho and then tip the bottle upside down, then upright use the metho rag to rub over those annoying stickers and wait a min then the sticker will peel right off
Works for stickers on metal, plastic glass.
Legend says that Claire is still saying “is the dough ready?”
is the dough ready 😭
Is the dough ready 😭
Is the dough ready 😭
Is the dough ready 😭
Why everyone copying me I only said it because my name is Claire 😀
Fun fact: U can use the whole green onion except for the roots, u can use white and green part!, and u can even knead the pasta dough using the pasta maker as well, set it on its minimum setting and keep folding and put it back in the machine until it is well-kneaded
I gotta admit this is probably the best and realistic ramen video I have ever watched ✨✨
Wym by realistic
@@tobiii2020 means something that looks like it has not been edited for views or something which looks real
@@tobiii2020 uncle roger will not be happy with this ramen
We are so proud of you Lisa! Your hard work is paying off ❤️👏
bless her for all this effort, i bet the food tasted good just from the hard worked effort! but it seriously looks SO GOOD, soup, toppings and the noodles look chewy and that chicken looked crisp af
I'm so proud of you for getting your first sponsorship! Go Lisa! I'm happy to be here for your awesome journey! Keep on cookin and kickin ass 🥰
Thank you!
@@LisaNguyen no thank YOU!
Lisa has reached the final level of ramen noodles, and she’s crushed it!
just don't let uncle roger see this
morning star farms is actually something i've ate every day for years, the sausage links and chicken patties are amazing. and i only recently found out they were veggie based!
I have been waiting for a vegetarian ramen recipe for daysssss. Thank you so much for thiss❤️❤️❤️❤️ love all your videos ❤️
I really love your cooking, it is simple and accurate.
This looks delicious
I love morning star products. I’m so proud of you Lisa! You’ve progressed so much and I love you girl.
I seriously love your ramen videos so much!!!!!
This is probably my favorite ramen challenge Lisa has ever done
WOW, you really make it from scratch. I would give up within 5 minutes and just go buy some instant ramen LOL.
Question is. Is this cheaper then buying a bag for 33 cents?
@@esolbdivad I don't know...
Yay!!! You are such an inspiration to other young, learning, at home cooks ❤️
This channel is highly underrated I believe you have positive abundance in many ways coming into your life. Please make longer videos and I think one day you should definitely open your own restaurant chain keep it up! Oh and also you should definitely make some smoothie videos maybe any fruit and mix it with aloe Vera with ginger roots it’s very delicious
Wow, Lisa, you've completely outdone yourself in this challenge! Sure, instant noodles are reliable and hit the spot every time, but it's nice to enjoy a nice homemade version every once in a while.
You are really creative. I would love to try making my own noodles but don't have machine for it.
Edit: thanks a lot for likes and ideas everyone.
you could still do it without a machine by rolling it out and cutting it into thin strips :D the machine definitely looks easier and more fun though
you can do it without a machine but it's more time consuming since you have to roll it out/cut it by hand
@@despairdoll ive made homemade pasta lots and it’s actually really fun, nice too if you have a stand mixer cos then you can be lazy like me and let it knead it for awhile 😎
It's finally a full video
Lisa is making full videos!! I'm here for it
I worked in the cinema when that movie came out and the trailer was part of the rotation in the lobby for at least a month. Every time that part came on, I laughed out loud 🤣
The new angles and editing thooooo it’s so good!
Thank you!
Every single one of your videos is so entertaining, it doesn't even feel like 10 minutes. Usually I end up skipping over videos, but you do such a great job keeping it fresh. I have really loved your ramen series, and hope I can take some of it to the kitchen myself.
Yes #MorningStarFarmsPartner SPONSOR,you deserve this Miss.Lisa.
So cinematic!! Wow!😍
this looks really good
Lisa you are such an amazing chef and watching you cook is so inspiring how you never give up
Looks amazing Lisa, I love watching your videos, they’re so calming and you’re very talented, keep it up !!!
I love morning star farms! I’m a vegetarian and their Nashville hot chicken tenders are my favorite topping for some creamy pasta (ps, I know the exact scene you are talking about and it’s what I think about too when I hear leeks!)
You are amazing ❤️
Loved the longer vid format! :)
I love watching all of your videos. They honestly have inspired me to try new things and foods.
As a heads up to anyone who is trying to not to buy anything from Kellogg’s, they own Morning Star.
lisa : the noodles were a bit overcooked...
me : who prefers overcooked noodles because of how soft and chewy they are : I see this as an absolute win!
this was such a cozy vid, loved it:)
Lisa I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and I wanted to say your videos are always the best. This has to be the best video yet!
There’s a leek in the boat- uh. Ramen. There’s a leek in the ramen.
"painfully pained ginger" god lisa it had languing my ass off
Looks so good!
As a vegetarian ramen is one of my top 3 favorite foods, but this is exactly why I don't bother to make it haha, so god damned tedious!
Please do Mimi noodles with fermented fish and vegetables , chillies . It's really delicious you'll love it . It's local name is "Mimi Singju" in Manipur, India
@Daiksu kambe what’s your problem?
@Daiksu kambe Because I love Chinese language .
@Daiksu kambe because that’s such a dumb question, why does it matter that their name is in chinese ..?
The video quality is so good. Omg ❤️❤️
I like this cinematography angles!
Hey Lisa, I've found it easier to use my dominant hand while smashing the garlic cloves, holding the knife with the other.
hope this helps :)
Thank you for the tip!
@@LisaNguyen glad I could help 😄
CAN U MAKE RAMEN DUMPLINGSS???
Omg Lisa your cooking like a pro chef and like a professional you have come soo far I am sooo happy for you
Big fan of you.... Lots of love ❤️
Those veggie meats look real good and good job on the noodles! More flour and a bit more patience next time, running it slowly through thinner settings.
From scratch
I love these longer videos
Looks so good
Day 4 of asking Lisa to try Malaysian egg cake (Kuih Bahulu) P.S. It goes great with coffee!
Hey Lisa you should try dipping Jalebi (an Indian sweet) into potatoes. It’s so good trust me I’m Indian.

i love you. i love to watch your videos and this one was the best. 🥰🥰🥰 I'm definitely going to use this recipe sometime
If you have rubbing alcohol, it’s a great way to get rid of the sticky residue from stickers, we used it all the time at the library i used to volunteer at
You did so well! Don't beat yourself up or be too critical, celebrate the small victories 😘
I love that part of that move!!
Awww its just 2 more days
