I was just granted a wish by make a wish and plan to get a gaming pc using it. My left hand is very weak making me unable to use mouse and keyboard. But I’ve played controller for years with no issue. Something like this is incredible for disabled gamers or just people who like using controllers, especially since I plan to play games like escape from tarkov and what not. This is a must have for me

Been using reWASD for a couple of yrs now and its GREAT! I have a strange setup that works. Left Hand = controller Right hand = mouse . Left and Right foot keyboard on the floor. reWASD makes it so easy and even if I have an additional keyboard it recognizes commands coming from a specific device. You could have 4 keyboards on your PC and map them differently

All i know about this program is that it worked for my Gioteck WX4 switch controller on pc when DS4W and Betterjoy didn't. Obviously it had more compatibility then those others

Downloaded the trial version today. I'm still not able to make DualShock 4 visible in the system as XBox controller over bluetooth. Is this actually possible?

hey can i ask a favor please when you get the time, i bought this pedals from pc censor its like a 3 pedal mechanical board for feet use kind of like a controller that can be ramapped, i also have a ps5 control and was planning on buying rewasd to re-map on of my pedals to the standard crouch button on the ps5 controller, i think its the circle button, is it possible to do this?

Great video man. I was wondering, do you know if reWASD triggers Warzone's anti cheat? Not cheating, I just use reWASD to map my RAZER Orbweaver Chroma as Razer no longer supports it under their Synapse software. But don't want to get banned since I have had my Warzone account since Day one.

I tried creating software for this like 20 years ago. Obviously never completed it though I could have. I came to the conclusion it would be better as a micro-controller application but alas the micro controller market was not like it is now where you can get chips with both host and client USB-HID simultaneous functionality. Maybe I'll finally get around to it one of these days.
It's better implemented with a device for latency reasons. You connect a hub to a client port and every input device for the system goes through that so you don't get stuck shift and control keys from multiple devices trying to manipulate them. But the main reason for why I stopped developing for windows was that you would never have to re-implement the drivers on other operating system if the driver models changed. I came to this conclusion from using other software like the Cougar HOTAS and others that internally remapped it's own controller. Revolutionary but it was controller dedicated. The same sort of software but controller agnostic would be the best. No more writing software for any operating systems and it wouldn't ever become obsolete. You could combine an unlimited number of input devices and it could keep complex key combinations from interfering with one another. OK, not completely honest, you would have to write some software but it wouldn't be absolutely required. That software would be an active window and program feedback mechanism.
I also saw it as more than an input mapper for games. Rather an OS independent macro control center. Even functioning as a partial KVM for multiple computers.

I have a Titan One device. reWASD is pretty similar. If reWASD can work on multi platform game consoles, you really don't need a Titan One. I don't know if reWASD is multi platform like Titan One but the videos I saw that was compatible was PS4 remote play and Nintendo Switch. If reWASD does them all like Titan One does then reWASD would be the best and cheapest solution. Right now I only know PS4 and Nintendo Switch are the only ones that are compatible with reWASD.
Rewasd supports all controllers but it's a PC program
@@thatoneocto You quickly forget almost all game systems support Remote play. Modify your controller anyway you like. As long as you do remote play with a PC, it will work.

for rapid fire if its going to fast itll stutter on its own, you should tone it down for the ms. if you do like 50ms itll actually be more consistent and probably be faster

@@chukwubuikemoguagha every weapon has a theoretical cap all you got to do is find the average for it all if memory serves me correct its 97 or 117ms for it to not stutter for any weapon but a way to get around it not triggering as well for all guns. you can also make it ping whenever you shoot which id make it so a toggle happens for it. say holding left trigger or aim is your toggle so only when you are aiming in will it ping, and when you arent it doesnt. you can have it spam ping as well if you wanted to but usually one ping is enough for your team to know theres someone there

@@chukwubuikemoguagha only other thing id say is to check the community page for rewasd since they have a spot where people share their configs so you can probably just look at those and see what other people do for each and every game. such as turning your mouse and keyboard into a controller so you do get aim assist on it

set all paddles to be no input for the regular xbox accessory software, then in rewasd itll allow you to remap everything. if not using rewasd then its all in the same xbox accessory software

It works for everything EXCEPT... PS Moves, PS Aim, etc lol. However, yea I got it too and I love it for what it does 🙂
Does it have on-the-fly profile switching
Yes. Select profile, one klick to activate and done. Takes about less than a second to switch, on the fly while a game is running. Up to 4 profiles per game. Profiles are bind to a certain game .exe you can choose free.

Same, but last time I used reWASD, it also swapped the Nintendo pro controller buttons around.
It’s not reWASD’s fault, but actually the fact that most game read Nintendo input as Xbox inputs instead (since xbox uses the same letters-just in different places).🧐

I was programing some scripts for Cronus Max and Zen Max in the past and i really like the scripting programming language.
Can i also program scripts with rewasd? I wasn't sure because its description is so vague.
I ask because in lots of games it is common to press a button depending on which other button you also pressed or in which direction you hold your analog stick.
E.G. in Fifa you perform different tricks by pushing the right analog stick in different directions, but it matters in which direction you run with your left stick.
If i would wanna create a macro for a trick, i would first get the coordinates from the left stick and calculate them into the macro for the right stick.
With the cronus max script language i can do it easilly with some maths, because i can read the coordinates and put new coordinates in, which i calculated.
It would be even more easy, if the script would offer incremental inputs instead of absolute inputs. Like i say take the first input and do another second one, which is exactly 90 degree to the left or right. I am looking for a macro tool, where i can do tons of things with no limits.
I don't use the macro scripts because they have a limited memory. And i already reached the memory limit, because i programed lots of own math stuff into it, which is not included by the software. My library i wrote is just to big and i feel like i am to limited.
Nice one, best review of reWASD that I've found. I actually have one of the Azeron keypads (which is ridiculously comfortable to use, but a pain to adapt to some games), I've been looking into reWASD to make better use of it. I know you didn't mention much with the Azeron, understandable since it's still a bit of a unique set piece, but your video covered most of the questions I had about the program itself.

how do i activate my serial number
open rewasd, bottom right corner hit the key, when you buy it youll get a serial key or it will automatically do it for you. but say you uninstall it and reinstall it multiple months down the line, go to the buy page for rewasd and log in to whatever account you did to purchase it, you can get your serial key from there

Your content is 🔥, but you’re wrong about rapid fire. You can get IP banned in public lobbies. The only people that 100% get away with it are those able to mask their IP and Username. A.k.a Modders.
Woah, thank you so much for telling me bro! I had no idea. Now I ask, do games do a good job of banning people? Like if you tried rapid fire in a public lobby, how likely would it be for you to get banned and how long would it take for them to ban you? Or would players have to report you?
@@chukwubuikemoguagha correction to the original comment here, but might as well just say it to you, you cant get banned for using rapid fire. think of it like strike packing, its undetectable as long as you dont go full blatant like what you were doing before with 1ms. but around what i said earlier being 97-117 range is fully possibly by a normal person. just make sure you dont use it on actual full auto weapons since then its obvious. if we go back to profile stuff you can make it so if you are aiming if you press down on dpad itll switch to your rapid fire preset or if you have a ps5 / ps4 controller use the touchpad itself to be the switch for profiles since you have too seperate sides for it. one can be auto ping, other being rapid fire, or auto ping and recoil control. possibilities are endless. you can also make it so your mouse and keyboard for example turns into gamepad input only when you are in game by using the autodetect feature meaning youll have aim assist with kb&m which personally speaking isnt that good unless you make it so only keyboard does the controller movement. since apex makes it as long as you have some sort of input on a controller you get aim assist which is actually pretty insane.

This must be sponsored. Rewasd, is completely broke for xbox controllers. Not easy to use at all. I purchased the full liscence with advanced mapping and it still won't allow mouse mapping on controller.
Get antimicrox if you want keyboard or mouse maps on controller, open source and free.

Any software that dose not allow you to map button combinations, is a waste of time.

@@CandarianGaming As far as I know steam only lets you have a button that switches presets. E.g hit LB, changed what x,y,z and A do. Hit LB again and it goes back to what these buttons did originally. So it's LB, than A. That is not how button combinations work on any console RPG.
It dose not allow press LB and A at the exact same time = L on keyboard. Hit LB and Y at the same time = K on keyboard.

@@atlasatlantis8447 When you're about to select a button/key to use through steam input there is an option "toggle multi button on" at the bottom of the screen. That does the trick
