- This is the inspirational story of a Malawi women with a dream to help the women there live healthier lives. And, her passion that is making that dream a reality. Dr. Anne Alaniz left Malawi to educate herself in the US. And, she is using the valuable skills she has learned to open a clinic in Malawi that specializes in treating women and children. I am so blessed to know this woman. She is truly amazing. She exempliflies the notion that one person can make a difference! Because of her work a medical clinic has been built in Salima, Malawi. Now, just need to raise the funds to hire the nursing staff and provide for operating expenses. She is going to make HUGE impact on the health of the people in the Salima region of Malawi.
