- This is my reaction/review for 'Tearing Down Your Reality' which is a new single from Foreign Hands. Together, this track and 'Chlorine Tears' make a two track EP called 'Lucid Noise'. Foreign Hands have nailed the retro metalcore vibes. They’ve got strong From Autumn To Ashes and Poison The Well vibes musically, they’re using Derek Hess like artwork and this video looks like it could have been done by Darren Doane. Spot on stuff
One look at their art let me know what they were going to sound like. I have a lot of time for any band willing to homage Hess.
For those of us who came up in the early 00s scene, there's a lot of exciting metalcore around at the moment.

Great track. Unique sounding, but also hits some of those classic metalcore vibes. I can see senses fail in the scream cleans. Good shit!
Only just learned about these boys very recently…as an elder core/scene kid, this and Chlorine Tears captured that early to mid 2000’s sound and it legit brought me to tears with bringing up those memories, I will definitely dig into more. Also love your discussions and breakdowns of songs and albums.
Doing a deep dive with them soon. Great track. Getting strong Counterparts/Knocked Loose vibes in a way, and the chorus just reminds me of old school metalcore like Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Silverstein, etc. Probably doesn't make sense, but it does to me haha.

no full album for WCAR, i’m not looking forward to it that much. i’ll end up doing one video for them probably but i haven’t been jamming the singles
@@RachelleReacts good morning happy Thursday morning to you well if you do that I’ll be looking forward to it I think it’s really a good album the songs are solid and really really really good I think it’s the best we came as Romans out of their other albums and I hope that you get into the band never back down they are fire the vocals the guitars the drums the bass I just gotten into them this year and they are really really phenomenal with their metal core style they’re one of my favorite bands and of course I love a lot of the bands you react to as well you do probably the best job I’ve ever seen out of a reactor I’ll give you a perfect 100 million but yeah you should check out never but now and their new album that they just released Downfall it’s so good that album is probably in my top 10 on the year
