Yeah, he asked her to move in a year and a half ago and she said no, it was too soon. When the subject of marriage comes up she always says maybe some day in the future. He seems to want to get married, it was found out in a prank video that he already has an engagement ring sitting around. Kate was pretending to break up with him and he went up stairs and brought it to her in her car saying he wanted a future with her when she was ready and didn't want her to leave. For some reason she doesn't want to commit to him after over 5 years together. It's weird. Either she is just really immature and isn't able to handle being in a serious relationship or something else is going on... Idk. Either way I feel bad for him. 😓

To be honest, Slaiman was right. It's his house, he can do what he wants, and it's not like he's cheating on her. And Kate's not moving in so why not make some extra money by renting out a room.
Nope! At the very least, no half ways decent dude is going to not tell his long term girlfriend he's planning on moving another girl in and the same goes for a girl if the situation were reversed because this is exactly what would happen in reality. It's one thing if you're like, hey I need the rent and if you can't move in, I need help and another to show up and some random girl is dropping her stuff off.
