Idk man. I think I get the idea of the showcase maps but tbh these just shows the lack of features and functions missing in the creative mode
Kinda sucks that they aren’t making unique stages anymore, they’re just using creative to make their maps now

actually, i think they used creative mode to create the maps because they wanted to show how many possibilities u can have while using creator mode
EXACTLY. Some of the maps are awful. I wish they just stuck with ONLY the digital theme. Hopefully the newer maps improve and the next season is better. I have a feeling this is just showing off creative, but its so lazy and easy they might just ruin the game by always giving lazy maps like Square Up, the biggest worry for me, if that's the future of fall guys, the game won't be worth playing. I'll give the season a 7/10 because the fame pass is good, creative is good, and some of the maps are actually amazing, but they tried to use the "creative" theme almost as much as the digital theme in the maps, and it just became super lazy. Hopefully we get something better in the months to come.

Honestly, the fact that we only got races is admittedly one of the main things that brings this season down for me...
Hey can I ask you... is it possible to get these maps in squads rounds? I played it twice but I didn't get any of the new maps
Don't worry we will be getting 30 more maps by the time this season ends so there may be some other rounds other than races just hang in there :)

Survivals would be pretty hard to make, considering you will need do do some custom eventing and even custom objects in order to make a fun and original Survival round. Also testing it won't be as straightforward as races.
What i can think of is to publish a survival round, you will need to complete two seperate tests. In the first, you must not move at all. The test is completed if you die within 30 seconds, to confirm that you can actually die in this round if you do nothing.
The second test is basically surviving a certain amount of time in order to qualify. There will be two tests instead of one because not only you will need to confirm that your round is survivable, you will also need to confirm that you can actually die in this round.

Creative has potential but all the new rounds blend in and I forget which is which its quantity over quality I guess
This is why I'm worried. They always do quality over quantity. I think mostly because of people raging about ss3 maps, they did this, and this scares me

you dont get it does arent the rounds that are actually in season 4 these are rounds to show of for creative they are already in the game. thats as far as i know because its still season 3 and those are in the game so just clickbait but prove me wrong

Like, we do have the spongebob level in the works, which doesn't use creative, which can mean we will get more rounds that are fitting for the season without using creative
I hear that, they look terrible in comparison to the normal rounds, can't believe they never made any new official rounds

also Mediatonic says that from now on all maps will be made in creative so that they can make more maps easier and so players can use the same tools as the game devs
i love these but im a bit sad we got no survivals but overall its really good!
Theres still 30 more maps, they can be survivals and actual finales and that stuff

@@joelants5207 yeah, they did say that when they were talking about upcoming content updates in ss4. So we will most likely see survivals in an ss4 update, probably along with a new fame pass.

@@saulter yeah, but they did say that they will update creative throughout the season, so most likely new modes are coming. But we shouldn’t rush them, we don’t want a half-baked product.

Im sad that every map is a creative map I really love the brand new maps that are related to the theme and also the songs
These maps dont look Like they put as much work on them as while working On previous. Also kraken music shouldnt be the only one
those arent season 4 maps they are creative show off maps in season 3 go play them now

Just races is bad, the maps look bad, they really lack a sense of realty, mid season overall I think. Also the fact there is no original music for these maps, and that the original theme is part of it is so unprofessional
the maps look extremely boring. There is no atmosphere and its depressing

I kinda hate how they added these into solo. They show up way more than the actual official maps I want to play and in my opinion, are not that fun.

No, not yet at least, instead you can make customs with your round. They will add them to solos in the future if you’re lucky

It's a shame that we only got race rounds. Yes they are a lot, but they're like very blank and lack of personality. That makes this rounds boring for me

did they really only give us new racetracks? no survival? no hunt?
They're purposefully limiting their creativity by building every level with creative mode (ironic, right?) And I personally hope that they keep that idea to this season and bring back regular rounds in ss5 or later this season (because I really want to see a non creative mode ss4 map) and don't purposefully limiting themselves

Fall Guys has fully fallen to quantity>quality. For a long time, a big selling point of the game has been how distinct each round feels from eachother. From here on, though, it seems that its just gonna be soulless romps made with the restrictive level editor we were given. What an unfortunate fate.

These maps are garbage because the checkpoints literally consume any amount of hope you have to possibly come back from messing up and also Square Up is the worst map by far
Doesn’t have that special oomph feeling compared to the space style maps in season 2… this looks boring
