The flaw in his build up is that he’s players aren’t continuously moving which is why they concede goals trying to build up from the back. It’s nice seeing how he crates a 3v12 scenario with two cbs and a midfielder in between the opponents attackers, breaking the press but after that is where they have to keep shifting around.
