BROKEN Harness on Take Off - Italian Paragliding Championships Task 2 - Ozone Photon

Murphy's law at its best! I've been flying with this harness for more than a year and the string that closes it had to break during the start.. how lucky!
Even thought it was open all the race I managed to keep it from generating too much drag. This was an interesting day for sure!

Usually during comps pilots open their equipment and do various checks. I did them and everything looked fine. Honestly the string that closes the harness wasn't my main focus since it never gave any problems.
Now I periodically check whether it's still tight or not, but soon it won't be necessary
