I might be wrong, but I think some of the VAs are British, but we're asked to fake an American accent
Most of them are but for some reason the voice director told them to change it eventhough in trailers before launch most of them already used their british voices for the characters. Definitely seemed like a last min change. They really should get rid of that voice director.

Yeah their director sucks its like they took the first take of each line and said "good enough, now get the bloody hell out my studio!"
They're all british. It's a UK dubbing company. They, for some unknown reason, decided to go with American accents at some point. Jiyan's voice actor introduction has a voice line with Jiyan's introduction voice being British, which means at some point they decided to swap it. Which to me, was a dumb move.

They really need to rework the voice acting, like, what did they tell the VA's to do? 😭 "Yeah no, I don't want you to give out emotions, just read it flat out and we'll call it a day."
It's British VAs trying to force an American accent when most of them have very little experience in doing so. It makes the lines sound bland. You'll find they're all great VAs when they use their natural accents.
