ज्ञानी पुरुष में 1008 गुण होते हैं। उनमें से एक गुण है “करुणा”। ज्ञानी की करुणा हर एक जीव के लिए एक सरीखी ही होती है। जब दादाश्री को आत्मज्ञान नहीं हुआ था तब बचपन में भी उन्होंने ऐसा तय किया हुआ था कि “जो भी मुझे मिले उसे शांति होनी ही चाहिए, उसे मुझसे कुछ न कुछ लाभ होना ही चाहिए” क्योंकि दादाश्री से इस दुनिया के दुःख देखे नहीं जाते थे। अतः उन्हें निरंतर ऐसा भाव रहा करता था कि किस तरह से लोगों को इन दुःखों से बाहर निकालने का रास्ता मिले। इस परम कारुण्य भाव के फलस्वरूप ही उन्हें कुदरती रूप से अक्रमज्ञान हुआ।

A Gnani Purush has 1008 attributes. One of those is compassion. The Gnani’s compassion is the same for every living being. In his childhood, before Dadashri attained the Knowledge of the Self, he decided that, ‘Whoever comes across me must attain peace. He must get some benefit from me.’ This is because Dadashri could not bear to see the miseries of this world. Therefore, he had the constant desire that, ‘May people attain the path to become free of these miseries.’ It is indeed a result of this absolutely compassionate desire that he attained the Knowledge of the Self naturally.
