- 14 year old Karolina Protsenko is going to performing with her friends Eric and James at the masterclass. They are going to play "The Mendelssohn Piano Trio" on violin, piano, cello and later in this video they will perform it on a final concert. I hope you like it.

How wonderful for people to have the chance to see that Karolina is so much more than a street busker and video maker, but is a serious classical musician. I've always loved this Mendelssohn piece, which she and her friends played to perfection. And congratulations to her parents, who have raised such a well-grounded, sensible young lady. The beauty of classical music also comes with a lot of arrogance and condescension. It is great that she is displaying her talents in classical music, but he has amassed millions of fans all of the world from playing pop tunes....on the street. And it's for this that she was invited on shows such as Ellen.

Karolina is a gift from God if you believe in one. And my only regret is that she didn't refuse the Ellen show because Ellen always uses the opportunity to justify her gayness which I hope Karolina does not choose that path. Karolina is a ray of hope for her brainwashed generation that is in dire need of a moral compass.
A 14 old old who still calls her parents mommy and daddy, and isn't afraid to say I love you to them in public? That's what's truly amazing!

To know that Karolina is a skilled classical musician is a very special revelation of the marvelous music that is to come from this beautiful child. Mr.& Mrs. Protsenko are to be commended for giving their daughter the space to enjoy her childhood so that she will develop to a place where she continues to love her art and not suffer the burnout that too many promising young artists experience along the road to stardom. Not only has Karolina mastered her instrument but by the way she carries herself and her fashion sense, this girl has a whole lotta class. Karolina has very supportive AND capable parents AND she practices AND she loves playing AND she brings tears to many eyes as she plays.

@@JohnWaaland Karolina and family are religious, Karolina reads her Bible daily and says to take it even to school daily. They attend a slavic church in LA, often perform spiritual music there and live and grow by Christian principles. The same goes for their Kushnir cousins.

I am no professional but have seen many gifted young performers that no doubt have worked their way to the top but seem mechanically accurate, almost sterile. Karolina brings a warmth to her playing that brings joy to the heart 🤗🤗

I would most definitely mistake this for a chamber group of 11th and 12th graders, and yet the fact that you all have such good coordination and the passion to put soul into every single phrase of an advanced piece from Mendelssohn at such a young age is just brilliant. You guys are moving, you guys are shaping the notes, the strokes match each other, the tempo isn't dragging like in my experience of what many musicians would do at your age, and the intonation is just locked tight!!!! Keep up what you all are doing! This is competitive quality and you all can go really far with what you already have. You all make an amazing ensemble, and I don't care about what you guys do after this performance, but keep your passion and I give what you guys are doing a full throttle to the farthest star. It's such a joy to watch all of you "enjoy" and feel the music as you played. I couldn't help but smile watching Karolina sway with the music when she wasn't playing. This is more than "feel the music." It's "be the music." Performing at it's best.
Hi. I get what David is saying but a mild swaying to the music sitting in a chair goes only so far and as pleasant as the music may be it is such technical and complex music that to this guy anyway it kinda sounds like a tuning your instrument session for the musicians.
For me it just doesn't bring tears to the eyes like when she plays and dances out on the street for everyone and also on the landscape‼️

What's really crazy about Karolina even though she's been raised in the United States, is that she's of Ukrainian decent raised by her Ukrainian father and Russian mother who know how to raise a well dissaplined and respectful your lady. Karolina's attitude is very common in Eastern European countries where respect for family is taught early in life. We Americans have forgotten about this.
