My sister age is 17 years. Her HBA1C test report is '9'. Average blood sugar level is 210.7mg/dL. Her weight is around 55 kg in normal days but as she is not eating much in last 2 days her weight has decreased.
There is no any diabetes history in my family background.
It was all sudden, when we took her to hospital because she was breathing deep at home. Now she is on insulin infusion and doctors are saying that it will take around 4-5 days to make her sugar level to normal.
Sir, my questions are:-
1. What are the reasons behind this increased sugar level?
2. Will it affect her kidney also in future?
3. Will she has to take regular insulin injection in the future?

Fasting blood sugar 120 aya hai sir kitna hona chahiye .
You are kinda pre diabetic. Check HBA1C as well if it is more than 7 then you are confirmed diabetic. Ideally fasting must be below 100, even after considering relaxation it should not be above 110
