Initially pursuing a career in finance, Fabrice worked in New York but realized his passion for the restaurant industry. Fabrice's family opened a Caribbean restaurant in Riverside, and after the pandemic, they decided to focus on scaling the business and franchising. To maintain his mental health, Fabrice prioritizes exercise, spends time with his wife, and engages in hobbies like golf and chess. Fabrice advises aspiring entrepreneurs to be dedicated, passionate, and patient. He suggests gaining industry experience and connections before starting a business.
