    I just kept moving on to my next development... MTVMG, eJay, and the next game soundtrack. It’s so exciting and humbling to look back now, and to see something I designed have such a rich legacy in the music scene. Thanks for making such an informative video! Tim Wright, Creative Director, Jester Interactive ( and that CoLD SToRAGE bloke too ).

    I used Music 2000 for about 17 years and even to this day I still often use its sounds in other softwares.

    You cannot call Music 2000 a videogame.
    I loved this title for the PS1 & spent many an hour creating various riffs, drumbeats & melodies! I will sift through many shop stocks to find it, it's a part of my latter teenage years!😊❤️👍
    I'll always remember the Code masters video trailer & the fuel adrenaline kick-ass music beat to it.

    Titch wasn't from South, he was from East. Flirta D was North West, not West. Nasty Jack, Marcie Phonix, Purple were from West. This could have been better.

    jammer is from east london, was affiliated with N.A.S.T.Y. during the early days of grime. he didn't join BBK until later. also ive seen claims about being produced on music 2000 about many tunes but most of them are false (some people say it about wiley's tunes, which we know how they were produced, or pulse x, which was made using rebirth)

    Youngsta from Musical Mob, the guy who made Pulse X, put that Music 2000 rumour to rest over a decade ago. Not ONE Dark Garage or Grime instrumental was ever made on the PS1. They were either made on Rebirth (a Reason program) or Fruity Loops (FL Studio).
    This is why thorough research is crucial, if outsiders are making videos on Music they know nothing about.
    This is the second video based on Grime with so many errors. Sort it out PLEASE!

      You're correct about Pulse X, but Benga definitely made some tunes on Music 2000, and a few of these were released - like Skank and Star Warz.
      Also, I think So Solid might have used it for Dilemma and Oh No - not 100% sure on that one though

    • @Anekix
      @Anekix Před 5 měsíci

      @@rorz999 There's no way beats made on Music 2000 could ever be carried over and made into a Vinyl. Trust me, I used that Game myself when Pulse X was made by Youngsta. People don't realise that Cubase, Logic, Reason etc had sub-programs, which Producers used to make their Instrumentals.
      Megaman from So Solid explained how he made 'Oh No' in the Studio. Neutrino made 'Dilemma' alongside Big Kid and they definitely didn't use Music 2000. All their beats were made in late 1998/early 1999 lol.

    Yes. I suggest to get acquainted with the music tracks "Oxido" or "New" in order to understand what is at stake. Just recently I posted what I once wrote on "Music 2000"
