I'm working on a sketch for your board. Initially, it won't use the pot - just process the throttle pulse width input on PB3 to drive PWM on the PB0 output at 0% - 100%. It has a 'failsafe' feature to drive the PWM output to OFF (0%) if the pulse input stops (in either the high or low phase).
