The meat that is typically used in ramen is called pork chashu and it is pork belly that has been rolled, cooked, and then simmered in a sauce before being thinly sliced.

If your in Florida near Disney is a ramen shop called Susuru
Since you live in Florida now Timmy, if you are willing to travel, you should go to Naroodle in Orlando. They make all of the ramen from the anime, and obviously, the whole shop is Naruto-themed, but they also have local artists' art that you can purchase on the walls. They have multiple kinds not just the ones from the anime, and the meat you see Beard eating is rolled pork belly. If you want to try Naruto's favorite ramen specifically, it is Ichiraku ramen. Hope you visit, the atmosphere is so nice.
most food challenges have you contacting the establishment before you show, as they need to be prepared to make the challenge. some places even need 24 hours in advance, before you come on by.

I think that's a Pork Belly Ramen, it usually comes with tons of ramen, pork belly/loin, spring onions and other veggies and, traditionally, one boiled egg. People usually do challenges for them because they're just so damn big.
