I literally was thinking the same. It's basically Tekken 3 but with tagging in it and being able to switch between fighters
Agreed, Namco could have just given us a straight port to PS2. Instead, they improve the graphics- including giving full 3D stages among other additions.
what i love about your tas videos is you don't only show off the cool tas only shit, but practical looking setups and cool frametraps that would probably work in a real match

Ah yes the arcade version of Tekken Tag Tournament my favourite version that I grew up it feels so nostalgic all over again good memories.
I had to get the Mobile Version of this game to play it since in the arcade i was little itwas packed so all i cpuld do was Watch and Namco Never Released This Version of Tekken Tag so that was my only way to Play it
Yeah my favourite tekken game too. Spent hours every weekend in the arcade playing this version

This version of tag really should've been included on Arcade History in Tekken 5
That’s the first thing I thought after buying Tekken 5.
They probably didn't do it because they didn't have the time or thought that "Tekken Tag is already on the PS2, that one looks and plays better there's no need to do that.".

No, the arcade version is not included in Tekken 5, only up to Tekken 3 and a ship game.

I remember seeing Tag 1 arcade cabinets a few times when I was a kid, but I can't remember if I ever played the arcade version.

히트 이득이 +19F라서 철권 4까지는 들어가지만, 철권 3 아케이드(콘솔은 가불기), 태그 1은 가드가 되기 때문에 퍼포먼스성 콤보에 가깝습니다 😅
같은 기술로 샤오유의 도발도 이득이 있지만 브라이언과 마찬가지로 태그에서는 가불기가 아닙니다.

@@user-pw3bz4vw4l 가드당하긴 해도 도발로 횡추적도 되고, 도발 가드 이후 재빨리 하단기를 쓰면 가불로 들어가긴해요. 짤막하게 갉아먹는다면 괜찮은 기술이지만 상대방이 먼저 타격기를 쓰면 도발이 지는 특수한 판정입니다.
