This is how depression feels. Crazy thing is sadness/melancholy feels good in a comfortable way and I don't know why. Maby it just seems more genuine than happiness. I always felt guilty for being sad on Holliday's. I'm in this low-key sadness year around but it intensifies in Christmas and birthdays.
