I had a similar story, my goal was to let the menu to the end so I could focus on getting the other things to achieve 100% first, but then when I first entered Act 2 I got it
Ok so my first ever experience ended to be in 3am such a horrible experience for me...I swear to gosh..So the way I've been able to get it was by not being persistent on Act 2 u have to be looking through images, mainly Files then go into the game and once I hear creepy music U got the Ending of Ghost Menu
