Thanks for the comment. I’ve been waiting for ages for someone to mod these into the game lol, I struggled to find a few of these especially the one south of Covenant so I thought I’d just do a quick walkthrough of all the locations, it was pretty fun making a different video for a change lol.
Thx for helping, but the mod is also telling me that fo3 bobble heads is also in the game and the bobblehead stand for it is proof you don't have to but if you have the time can you make a video telling us where those bobbleheads are? Either way thanks for this video
I’ll have to double check but I’m pretty sure they’re all in the same place as the Fo4 bobble heads, the only difference is the textures and the heads actually wobble around. I installed this mod on a old playthrough and all the bobble heads I had displayed changed to the classic textures

Lonesome road is definitely south of Covenant when the mod description says west.
